Understand cricket data sources, timestamps, match states, corrections and feed availability.
Where match records come from
Cricket records displayed by STARBUZZ’s are supplied through the Sportmonks Cricket API. The server validates and reshapes provider fields into one match contract for the homepage, live scores, fixtures, results, latest updates and match pages.
How to read time labels
Scheduled time is the planned start supplied for a fixture. Source updated refers to a provider timestamp when available. Feed retrieved records when the STARBUZZ’s server received the response. The interface names the basis so readers can distinguish them.
How to read match states
Live, starting, innings break, scheduled break, delayed, interrupted, stumps, completed, abandoned, cancelled and postponed describe different states. A live page refresh may return the same score when play is paused or the upstream record has not changed.
Corrections and availability
When a field is absent, the interface uses a neutral label such as “Venue to be confirmed” or an em dash. If the provider connection is interrupted, STARBUZZ’s shows a dated connection message. Match-data reports can be sent through the contact page with the match URL and disputed field.
